摘要
2013年6月韩国新当选总统朴槿惠访华,提出了旨在缓和朝鲜半岛紧张,构建持久和平的"朝鲜半岛信任进程"构想,为中韩合作应对半岛危机带来了新的契机。中韩双方应增进互信,充实和提升战略合作伙伴关系,加强安全合作,共同约束朝美危害地区安全与稳定的行为,引导朝鲜经济转型,实现朝鲜半岛的和平与稳定。
When the newly elected president of ROK Park Geun-hye visited China in June 2013,sheraised a concept of 'the process of trust-building on the Korean Peninsula' to ease the tension and ensure durable peace on the peninsula,which has provided a new opportunity for China-ROK to cope with the peninsula crisis through cooperation.The process may enable China and ROK to develop mutual trust,enrich and upgrade strategic partnership,strengthen security cooperation,commonly restrain any act of DPRK and the U.S.to endanger the regional security and stability,lead DPRK to economic transformation,and achieve peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.
