摘要
肝炎、肝炎肝硬化及肝癌等慢性肝病严重危害着人们的健康,但目前对慢性肝病的治疗效果并不理想。生物治疗提供了新的治疗思路,理想的载体系统是决定生物治疗效率的重要因素。腺病毒载体由于其特有的优点在慢性肝病的基因治疗中受到重视。本文就腺病毒载体在慢性肝病治疗中的研究进展进行综述。
Chronic liver diseases such as hepatitis, hepatitis-related cirrhosis and liver cancer do great harm to human beings, however, the efficacy of different therapeutic regimens on chronic liver diseases is not very satisfactory. Biotherapy can provide a new treatment strategy, and selecting an appropriate vector for gene transfer is particularly important for successful gene therapy. Much attention has been paid to adenoviral vectors in the gene treatment of chronic liver diseases due to its properties. This review focuses on the research progress of adenovirus vectors in the treatment of chronic liver diseases.
