室性心律失常患者导管射频消融后T波峰末间期的变化 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨室性心律失常患者导管射频消融后T波峰末间期的变化。方法选取我院2009年1月-2012年12月42例室性心律失常患者,应用导管射频消融,检测Tp-Ted、Tp-Tecd、QTd、QTcd变化情况,并选取42例健康者作为对照组,对比其差异性。结果室性心律失常者手术后Tp-Ted、Tp-Tecd、QTd、QTcd和手术前对比均减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后和对照组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论导管射频消融治疗室性心律失常具有较为明显的效果,可以提高心肌复极稳定性,减少Tp-Te间期。
