三维电标测指导下室性心律失常的射频消融治疗临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对三维电标测指导下室性心律失常的射频消融治疗临床疗效进行研究。方法选取从2011年7月到2014年7月收治的60例室性心律失常患者,随机将所有患者分成对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在三维电标测系统指导下行射频消融治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为56.67%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于室性心律失常患者在三维电标测系统指导下行射频消融治疗,疗效理想,明显优于药物治疗。 Objective The purpose of this paper is to analyze the clinical effect of using radiofrequency ablation to treat ventricular arrhythmia under the guidance of three-dimensional mapping. Methods First,60 patients with ventricular arrhythmia accepted by our hospital from July,2011 to July,2014 were selected, which were divided into two groups:30 cases was regarded as the observation group, and another 30 cases was regarded as the control group; then, patients in control group were treated with conventional medicine, but patients in observation group were treated with radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of three-dimensional mapping;final y, after the therapy, comparing the clinical effect of two group. Results The effect rate in observation group was 93.33%,and the effect rate in control group was 56.67%. Patients’recovery effect of observation group was higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion After using radiofrequency ablation to treat ventricular arrhythmia under the guidance of three-dimensional mapping,the curative effect is ideal,which is higher than that of conventional medicine therapy and has clinical value of application.
