摘要
机载电子设备要求更小、更轻和价格更低,同时,安装环境也更加恶劣。为满足塑封元器件抗恶劣环境要求,电子设备将设计成一个密封的腔体。而由于凝露现象和呼吸效应的存在,密封腔体需解决积水等问题。文中介绍了密封机箱的设计方法,解决了密封腔体带来的问题。
Avionic device was required to be smaller, lighter and cheaper to adapt atrocious environment. The cabinet of avionic device should be sealed to meet this requirement. The sealed cabinet should solve seeper for respiration effect and congealing dew. Design method of sealed cabinet is introduced for solving the question of sealed cabinet.
