摘要
为满足目前军方对高性能、高可靠、环境适应性强的计算机需求,基于ATCA架构设计了一种全加固形式的机箱。探讨了一种区别于传统CPCI架构下加固计算机的综合防护设计方法,主要从热设计、电磁兼容和抗振动冲击三个方面介绍了该计算机的设计方案和实现思路,最终通过环境应力筛选试对机箱性能进行验证。试验结果表明,该加固计算机能够满足设计指标,具备优良的散热、抗电磁和抗振性能,能够在恶劣环境中稳定可靠地运行,机箱设计方法可以作为工程应用的参考。
In order to meet current needs of the military for high-performance,highly reliable and environmentally adaptable computers,a fully ruggedized form of chassis was designed based on the ATCA architecture.This paper discusses a comprehensive design and protection of method for the ruggedized computer that is different from the traditional CPCI architecture,and introduces the design and implementation of the computer from three aspects:thermal design,EMC design,and anti-vibration design.The test results show that ruggedized computer can meet the design specifications,has excellent heat dissipation,anti-electromagnetic and anti-vibration performance,can operate stably and reliably in hash environments,and the design method of the chassis can be used as a reference for engineering applications.
