摘要
从实践出发,以南京电网"十二五"发展规划环境影响评价中公众参与情况为案例,对专项规划环评的公众参与进行了探讨,并提出了提高专项规划环境影响评价公众参与有效性的建议。
To begin with the practice, taking the public participation case of planning environment impact estimation in the ＂ 12th Five-Year Plan＂ of Nanjing power network, the article explores the public participation of special planning environment impact estimation, and puts forward suggestions of improving public participation and effectiveness of special planning environment impact estimation.
