油脂无水脱皂工艺的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 无水脱皂工艺省去了脱水离心机,工艺流程缩短,便于生产操作控制,降低了投资成本;产品质量提高;用无水脱皂工序代替水洗脱皂工序,避免了工业废水的产生,减轻废水处理压力,有利于节能环保。综述了油脂无水脱皂工艺的工艺流程、国内外研究发展现状、优势及存在的问题。 Dewatering-centrifuge is not used in the process of soap removal without water, so the process is shortened, which is conducive to the control of production operation and investment costs reduction,meanwhile the quality of the product improves. Comparing to the process of soap removal with water, there is no industrial wastewater generated and the pressure on wastewater treatment is reduced in the process of soap removal without water, which is benefit for energy saving. The process, research status at home and abroad, advantages and problems of the process of soap removal from oil without water were summarized.
