菜籽油无水脱皂工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 用添加硅藻土吸附磷和皂的方法,分析脱皂离心机出油含皂和吸附剂用量及残磷量对无水脱皂工艺的影响,确定合适的无水脱皂工艺参数,同时对无水脱皂工艺和常规水洗工艺的中和油品质进行了对比。结果表明:无水脱皂工艺在含皂1500mg/kg左右,吸附剂添加量为0.20%时可以顺利进行;无水脱皂工艺中和油品质优于常规水洗工艺,无水脱皂工艺的节能减排效益显著。
