摘要
采用6号溶剂油为原料,进行了分离过程的工艺模拟计算。根据工艺计算结果,进行了精馏塔的水力学核算,设计出同时生产异己烷油与己烷油的精馏装置,并确保精馏塔的分离效果达到了厂方的要求。该设计采用了高效规整填料与新型塔内件,使整塔压降控制在合理范围之内,并且保证了液体分布的均匀程度。实践证明,该设计不但保证了产品质量,同时也满足了对产品收率的要求。
With 6# solvent oil as raw material, the separation process was calculated. According to the results of process calculation, the hydraulics of the distillation columns was calculated. These devices can produce isohexane oil and hexane oil at the same time, and ensure that the separation effect reach the requirements of the manufacturer. This design adopted high efficiency structured packing and new internals, which made the whole column pressure drop within a reasonable range and guarantees the uniformity of liquid distribution. Practice proved that the design not only guarantee the product quality, but also meet the requirement of the manufacturer on the yield of product.
