摘要
运用Aspen Plus流程模拟系统,对己烷油装置进行模拟分析,提出新增T-105塔,并利用原有的T-103、T-104塔生产己烷油和异己烷油的改造方案。并采用高效填料和高效重沸器等先进技术,对该装置进行扩能改造,使装置的处理能力达到50kt/a,可同时生产溶剂油及己烷油、异己烷油,产品的各项指标均达到设计值,取得了良好的经济效益。
Aspen Plus software was used to simulate and analyze the hexane oil process. The unit was revamped by installing an additional tower T - 105 to enhance the production of hexane and isohexane by the existing T - 103 and T - 104. Highly efficient packing and teboiler were also applied. As a result, the unit reached a capacity of 50kt/a, and was able to produce solvent naphtha, hexane and isohexane at the same time. The product specifications are now up to its design data, and economic benefit is achieved.
