摘要
针对工业己烷产品存在的质量问题,通过计算机工艺模拟和方案设计,确定了新的分馏流程,增设了己烷精馏塔及加氢脱苯设施,解决了己烷产品馏程和苯含量不合格的问题。改造后己烷产品质量优于GB 17602—1998要求,且收率由1.4%提高到6.6%。
In order to solve the quality problem of a commercial hexane product, technical transform was made through simulating calculation, which including installation of a new fractionating column and a benzene removal device. The problems of the unqualified distillation range and the benzene content of the hexane product were solved and the product met the standards of GB 17602-1998. The hexane product yield also increased from 1.4% to 6.6% after the technical transform.
