车用发电机的电磁振动特性分析

摘要 建立车用爪极发电机的三维有限元模型,基于该模型使用Ansoft仿真软件计算得到径向电磁力波;其次,使用Ansys Workench软件对定子总成进行模态分析,得出其各阶固有频率和振型,结果表明前后端盖处的振动变形较为明显;最后,把计算得到的电磁力加载到定子齿面上计算定子总成的电磁振动响应,对其振动特性进行分析。基于对发电机电磁振动特性的分析,可在设计阶段对发电机的相关参数进行优化设计以降低电磁振动的影响。 First a field-circuit coupled three-dimensional finite element model of vehicle claw-pole generator was established, then using the simulation software Ansoft to calculate the radial electromagnetic force waves ; Secondly, using Ansys Workbench software to analysis the modal of stator assembly, got the results of its natural frequencies and mode shapes, the results show that the vibration deformation at the front and rear end cover more obvious; Finally, the calculated electromagnetic force calculation was loaded into the stator tooth surface electromagnetic vibration response of the stator assembly, its vibration characteristics were ana- lyzed. Based on the analysis of characteristics of electromagnetic vibration, the optimization of generator rele- vant parameters can be conducted to reduce electromagnetic vibration during design stage.
