摘要
近年来,全球LNG市场迅猛发展,贸易量持续快速增长。基于对国内外LNG市场供需现状的详细分析,总结了国际LNG生产和需求的发展情况,国内LNG生产、进口现状以及未来的需求情况,分析了全球天然气价格变化情况及发展趋势。一是国际LNG市场供需基本平衡;二是亚洲已成为全球最大的也是最具潜力的LNG消费市场;三是未来我国天然气需求量将以年均高于8%的速度递增,LNG进口量还将会不断攀升;四是我国推动天然气定价机制市场化改革势在必行,与国际天然气市场价格接轨只是时间问题。
Recent years has witnessed the soaring development of the global LNG market with continuously rapidly growing trading volume. Based on a detailed analysis of the current status of supply and demand in LNG markets in and outside China, this paper summarizes the developments in the international LNG production and demand and the current status of LNG production and import and its future demand in China, and analyzes the change and trend of LNG price in the international market. It is believed by the study that: 1) The international LNG market reaches a supply and demand balance on the whole; 2) Asia has become the world's largest and most potential LNG consumer market; 3) The LNG demand in China will grow at an average rate of more than 8 % in the future, and the LNG import volume also will continue to rise; 4) The market-based LNG pricing mechanism reform in China is imperative, and it is only a matter of time for the LNG price in China to be in line with the international LNG market price.
