摘要
政府购买服务方式的城市社区综合服务中心,处于发展的初期,还存在诸多具体问题。这些问题在一定程度上与专业社会工作机构、相关高校社会工作专业师资的角色特点有关。这就使社会工作者需要对这种类型服务中心的不同主体的联动策略做出更精细考量,减少不同主体间的交易成本,以更有效体现政府购买服务方式的城市社区综合服务中心在社区建设和社会公共服务中的作用。
The type of city community service center which is called government purchase service,is still in the early stage of development and there are still many concrete problems in its developing. To a certain extent, these problems are related to the role characteristics of related college teachers in the department of social work and professional social work institutions. This makes the social workers need to make more detailed consideration of different linkage strategies of different actors in this type of service center, so we can reduce the transaction cost among different mechanisms in the service center, and make the city community service center in the government purchase service way play a more effectively role in the community construction and social public service process.
