摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定醋酸曲安奈德搽剂含量及有关物质的方法.方法 使用Capcell Pak C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长为240 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温为30 ℃.结果 醋酸曲安奈德的线性范围为:5.170~51.70 μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为102.90%,RSD为1.3%.结论 该方法简便,快速,准确,专属性强,可用于醋酸曲安奈德搽剂含量和有关物质的控制方法.
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trialneinolone aeetonide and its related substances in Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Liniment. Methods A Capcell Pak C18 (4. 6 mm ×150 mm,5μm) column was adopt- ed with a lnobile phase of lnethanol - water(70:30) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min ^-1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm,and the eolunm temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of triamcinolone aeetonide acetate was 5. 170 ~ 51.70μ g · mL ^-1 (r=0. 999 9 ). The average recovery was 102. 90% ,and the RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion The proposed lnethod was silnple,rapid,accurate, repeatable,and can be used to control the quality of Trialncinolone Aeetonide Acetate Linilnent.
