摘要
高纯金属铪具有特殊的物理化学性质和核性能,在核反应堆和航空航天等工业领域具有广泛的应用前景。总结了国内外高纯金属铪常用的几种制备方法,包括熔盐电解、碘化精炼、电子束熔炼和电子束悬浮区熔,概述了各方法的原理和研究进展,并分析比较了各制备方法的优缺点。在实际生产中通常将上述几种制备方法结合起来制备高纯金属铪。
Because of its special physical and chemical properties and nuclear properties,the high purity hafnium has broad application prospects in the field of nuclear reactor and aerospace industries.In this paper,preparation methods of high purity metal hafnium are summarized,that is,the molten salt electrolysis,iodide refining,electron beam melting and electron beam floating zone melting.The principle and research progress of these methods are outlined,and the advantages and disadvantages of each preparation method are analyzed.In order to obtain high purity metal hafnium,a combination of the above-mentioned preparation methods is often needed in the industrial production.
