摘要
新型柱塞在结构上较常规柱塞有了较大改进,使柱塞在下落时所受到的阻力更小,下落速度更快;但由于柱塞与油管之间存在间隙,举升时仍有部分液体回落及气体窜流。针对这种情况,运用Fluent软件对油管内部柱塞周围流场进行了数值模拟计算,得到了柱塞周围流场的压力及速度分布,并对不同外壁结构的柱塞举升流场进行了计算,对其气窜速度进行了对比分析,对开槽柱塞在不同压差条件下的速度进行了模拟计算,为以后计算柱塞气窜量、液体漏失量及优化柱塞结构提供了理论依据。
New plunger was greatly improved in structure compared with conventional one,as it was fallen down its resistance was smaller,falling velocity was more faster.However,because there was a gap between the plunger and tub-ing,during its lifting part of the fluid was returned and gas channeling was induced.In consideration of the situation,Fluent software was used to simulate the flow field around plunger inside the tubing and the distribution of pressure and velocity of flow field was obtained,the lifting flow field of plungers with different external structures was calculated,the velocity of gas channeling was compared and the velocity of slotted plunger under different pressure conditions was also simulated.It provides theoretically basis for calculating plunger channeling rate and rate of liquid leakage and optimizing plunger structure.
