基于Fluent的甲苯催化反应器模拟与优化

摘要 为了提高甲苯催化反应器内的流场均匀度,对反应器内添加了米字形布风板,利用Fluent18.0对催化反应器内的气体流动状态进行了数值模拟。通过对未添加布风板时的速度场与添加布风板后的速度场的探究与比较发现:米字板具有较好的导流效果,当米字板板厚为20mm,放置于渐扩管后28.5mm时,对气流的优化作用为最佳。以上研究结果具有较好的工业应用前景。 In order to improve the uniformity of flow field in toluene catalytic reactor,an asterisk shaped air distribution plate was added to the reactor.Fluent18.0 was used to numerically simulate the gas flow state in the catalytic reactor.Through the exploration and comparison of the velocity field without and after the addition of air distribution plate,it was found that the asterisk plate has a better diversion effect.When the thickness of the asterisk plate was 20mm and it was placed at 28.5mm behind the expanding pipe,the optimal effect on the air flow was the best.The above research results have a good industrial application prospect.
