摘要
当前高校法治教育正受到客观与主观两方面困境的制约。客观困境有:社会成员观念层面上的困境、法律运行层面上的困境以及学校治理层面上的困境;主观困境则包括认识困境和态度与能力困境。只有根据这些困境的不同性质与特点,分别采取不同的对策,高校法治教育才能走上正轨。
Nowadays law-related education activities in colleges are being constrained by objective and subjective dilemmas.The objective dilemmas include the followings: the dilemma resulting from the notions of social members,the dilemma resulting from legal operation and the dilemma resulting from school administration. And subjective dilemmas include the dilemma resulting from cognition and the dilemma resulting from attitude&ability. Colleges can make law-related education be on the right track only when respectively fir^ding coping strategies to solve these dilemma on the basis of different attributes of these dilemmas.
