摘要
对广东省84名中小学教研员进行中小学教研员科研能力结构研究问卷调查,并采用因子分析法,探索出八项中小学教研员科研能力要素。其中,中小学教研员自评较高的科研能力要素包括合作研究与交流能力、积累和分析研究资料能力、自主学习能力;自评较低的科研能力要素包括设计研究方案能力、科研问题定向能力、运用科研方法的能力、科研总结与写作能力。
Taking 84 teaching-research staffs in Guangdong province about the ability structure of teaching-research staff as investigation object. Using the factor analysis method, eight factors of scientific research abilities were found. Of the teaching-research staffs' self-evaluation, cooperative research and communication ability, accumulating and analyzing data ability are high, and autonomous learning ability, design research plan ability, designing research themes ability, using research methods ability are low.
