摘要
高校肩负着培养创新型人才的重任,应调动各类资源积极实践。本文以天津农学院经济管理类六个本科专业学生社团为例,从专业学生社团的角度分析管理类创新型人才培养的经验与成效,并提出了确立专业学生社团优先发展的特殊地位、创新专业学生社团的管理模式、推进专业活动课程化建设和建立科学合理的活动评价体系四条建设性意见,进而保障创新型人才培养目标的实现。
Shouldering the important task of cultivating universities should mobilize all kinds of resources while making innovative talents, colleges and practices.Taking six undergraduate student societies of Economic Management of Tianjin Agricultural University as the case, this paper makes an analysis on the experiences and results of innovative talents training from the perspective of professional student societies. To ensure the effect of innovative talents training, the author puts forward four constructive suggestions: to prioritize the development of professional students'societies, to innovate the management mode of professional students'societies, to promote the construction of professional activity curriculum, and to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the activities.
