摘要
伊拉克地区水资源缺乏,水处理成本极高,面对鲁迈拉油田在开发过程中急需注水来补充地层能量的问题,提出采用可控性自流注水的方法。该方法不同于传统的注水方式,以同一口井的地层水作为水源,不建地面设备和管网直接把水注入到目的层,实现注水并有效解决鲁迈拉油田水源短缺的情况。通过进行自流注水的工程条件可行性论证、自流注水的节点分析研究,设计了采用井下流量控制阀(ICV)的可控性自流注水工艺管柱、倒置电潜泵同井注采工艺方案,解决以往自流注水不可控的缺陷。该方法为解决中东地区需要注水补充能量开发的难题开辟了新途径。
Water source at Iraq area is lacked and has high treatment cost. 324 controllable dump flood method is proposed according to compliment reservoir energy through water injection in Rumaila oilfield. This method is different from traditional injection method,is presented to inject water to target zone directly from its water source zone without surface facilities and pipe network,which realizes water injection and solves water source shortage effectively. By study of the feasibility study of dump flood technology,nodal analysis,the controllable dump flood string with inflow controlled value( ICV) and inverted ESP dump flood string are designed,which Solves the problem of uncontrollable defects artesian water. This method presents a new way for solving the problem of supplying energy development by water injection at the Middle Eas.
