摘要
油田边缘区块和零散单元区块注水开发受到现有管网设计及管输距离等条件的制约,为提高此类区块的开发效果,利用电潜泵的扬程高、排量范围广、技术日趋成熟的优势,开展电潜泵同井采注水技术的研究,解决了防砂、密封、工艺参数井下监测及结构设计等关键技术问题,形成了采上注下、采下注上和井下增压注水3种工艺方案,并在现场应用中取得了良好的效果。该技术的研究成功为油田开发提供了一种经济、可靠的能量补充技术,具有广阔的市场前景。
The water injection development in marginal blocks and scattered unit blocks is subject to the available conditions of pipe network design and pipeline distance. To improve the development efficiency of such blocks, the advantages of high lift, external discharge and gradually mature technology of the electrical submersible pump (ESP) were applied to conduct the research on the technology of recovery and water injection in one and the same well with ESP. The key technological problems such as sand control, sealing, downhole monitoring of technological parameters and structural design were solved. Three technological schemes were formulated, including upper part recovery and lower part injection, lower part recovery and upper part injection, and downhole boosting waterflood- ing. The desirable effect was achieved in the field application. The successful development of the technology pro- vides oilfields with an economical and reliable energy supplement technology. It has a bright market prospect.
