摘要
在全球化和知识经济的时代背景下,开放和技术创新不仅成为经济增长的引擎,同时也深刻地影响着各国内部的收入分配模式。本文从理论上探讨了开放与技术创新对收入分配的影响机理,进而选取多维开放度衡量指标,实证检验了开放和创新对中国收入不平等的影响。结果显示:贸易开放、投资开放与政府开放有助于缩小收入不平等;金融开放与社会开放会扩大收入不平等。此外,贸易开放、金融开放与技术创新相结合,会进一步加剧收入不平等;而社会开放与技术创新相结合,则能够显著缩小收入不平等。
Under the globalization and knowledge economy era, openness and technological innovation have not only become the engine of economic growth, but profound effected the income distribution within country. We theo- retically discuss the impact of openness and technological innovation on income distribution, and empirically test these effects in China by using the dynamic GMM. It is organized as follow：the first section is introduction and re- search reviews ; the second section theoretically analyses the effect mechanism of openness and technological innova- tion on income distribution, and proposes the Theoretical hypothesis;the third section constructs the empirical mod- el;the forth section is empirical analysis;and finally is the policy suggestions. There two innovations in this paper. One is that we pay more attention to the relationship between the openness and technological innovation. Actually, no matter the income inequality is affected by openness or by technological innovation, the internal mechanism is the same：the two factors can change the demand of different skilled labor in the factor market, then change the relative wage of different skilled labor, and ultimately affect income distribution. However, openness has technological spillover effects which can improving home country＇s technological innovation ability. This means that there is an interaction between openness and technological innovation. The exist- ence of the interaction will change the effects of openness and technological innovation on the income inequali- ty. There are huge differences between an open country with great innovation and a close country with little innova- tion in the labor market. The same internal mechanism and the interaction make it necessary to combine these two factors to analyze their effects on income inequality.
