摘要
运用面板三阶段最小二乘法,通过构造联立方程,实证分析我国科技创新、产业升级与经济增长的互动关系。实证结果表明,东部地区科技创新、产业升级与经济增长三者之间形成了一种相互促进、相互依赖的良性循环;而中西部地区受经济发展阶段的影响,经济增长并不能够有效促进产业升级,产业升级对经济增长也具有显著的抑制作用。受其影响,整体来看,我国产业升级对经济增长的拉动作用并不显著。处理好三者之间相互作用关系,形成彼此间相互促进的联动机制,关键在于为中西部地区选择合理的产业升级方向,而不是盲目追求高技术产业在数量和规模上的扩张。
This paper used panel three-stage least squares method to analysis the interaction among innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth.The empirical results show that in the eastern region,a virtuous cycle of mutual promotion is formed among the innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth.Affected by economic development stage,economic growth is not able to effectively promote industrial upgrading in the central and western regions,and industrial upgrading also has significant inhibitory effect on economic growth.To dredge the veins of the interaction among the three,the most important is to choose reasonable industrial upgrading direction for the central and western regions rather than blindly pursue high technology industry' s expansion on the number and size.
