摘要
护士离职率居高不下是国内外普遍存在的一个问题,它不但影响着医疗系统的护理质量,降低病患对其的满意度,同时导致护理队伍不稳定倾向的出现,给护理学科的可持续发展带来不利影响。文章首先对某三级医院护士队伍的管理现状进行统计和分析,探讨降低护士离职现象稳定护理队伍的对策与方法。
High nurse turnover rate is a common problem at home and on abroad. It influences nursing quality and lowers patient satisfaction. And the unstable nurse team also brings adverse effects on nursing discipline sustainable development. The management status quo on nursing team in a tertiary hospital is discussed and the strategy and countermeasures of lowering nurse turnover rate is also analyzed.
