摘要
《语言学名词》遵循现代联绵字理论解释"联绵词",却举不出当其说的例词,说明广泛流行的现代联绵字理论脱离汉语实际。并且,该书解释"联绵词"前后分歧过多,也表明现代联绵字理论没有可靠的语言基础。《语言学名词》解释"联绵词"和所有信守现代联绵字理论的著作一样,以其彻底失败证明长期盛行的现代联绵字理论其实是汉语研究者的陷阱。
Disyllabic words are not approached with proper examples in Linguistic Terms, though they are explained from modern disyllabic word theory. That indicates that the modern prevalent disyllabic word theory is divorced from reality. Moreover, the discrepancies in explaining disyllabic words also show that the theory is solidly based on language reality. LinguisticTerms, together with other extant works shows that the prevalent disyllabic word theory completely fails to Chines languages.
