摘要
ASR是植物特异的亲水蛋白家族,近来发现它们在植物生长发育、成熟衰老以及非生物胁迫过程中起着重要的作用。而mASR3基因是从植物中发现的一种转录因子,为进一步研究该基因功能,将合成的mASR3基因构建入超表达载体pMD1中,并通过农杆菌将此重组质粒转化入拟南芥,转入目的基因的拟南芥子叶为绿色,下胚轴较长,并具有较长的主根,筛选得到的转基因植株,为该基因的进一步功能研究打下基础。
ASR is a specific hydrophilic protein family in plant, playing important role in plant growth and development, ripening and senescence and abiotie stress. And mASR3 gene is a kind of transcription factors found in plant in recent years. In order to further study its function, the synthesized gene mASR3 was cloned into over-expression vector (pMD1), formed a recombinant plasmid called pMDI-mASR3. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana through Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The cotyledon was green, hypocotyls was longer and the taproot was longer in the transformed Arabidopsis. The transgenic plants laid the foundation for its further study of function.
