摘要
目的:考察中药钩藤最优醇提工艺。方法:以钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的总量及浸膏得率为考察指标设立单因素考察,得出醇提的最佳溶媒浓度和提取次数。通过正交实验方案设计,以药材浸泡时间、提取时间和加醇量为因素,确定合理可行的提取工艺。结果:用70%的乙醇,分两次提取,提取前浸泡0.5 h,加醇量分别为饮片的6、4倍,提取时间分别为1.5、1.0 h。结论:试验表明,通过该提取工艺钩藤碱和异钩藤碱总提取率可达24.34%,浸膏得率可达12.97%。
Objective: To investigate the Optimal Alcohol Extraction Process of Traditional Chinese Medicine Uncaria. Methods: The single factor index study was established by the total content of Rhynchophylline and Isorhynchophylline to find out the optimum solvent concentration and extraction times by alcohol extract. Reasonable and feasible soak time, extraction time and the amount of alcohol as the factors were determined, through Orthogonal experimental design. Results: The concentration of ethanol 70%, two times extraction, soak time 0.5 h before extraction, alcohol amount respectively 6 times and 4 times, extraction time respectively 1.5 h and 1.0 h. Conclusion: The extraction rate of Rhynchophylline and Isorhynchophylline could reach 24.34%, and the extractum rate could reach 12.97%.
