摘要
研究了ZB-2型聚丙烯(PP)基氯型强碱性阴离子交换纤维(IEF)对糖厂糖汁的脱色性能,考察了糖汁温度、糖汁流速、装填高径比等因素对脱色效果的影响。通过静态、动态试验找到脱色的较好条件,为实现离子交换纤维在糖厂应用的工业化提供实验依据。结果表明,此种离子交换纤维对清汁的脱色温度在65-80℃,流速2.8mL/min,高径比11时,脱色效果明显,处理糖液量为100g/mL,是一种具有较好应用前景的脱色材料。
The decolorization characteristic of ZB-2 polypropylene strong anion exchange fiber(IEF) for syrup were investigated. The effect of temperature, velocity of flow, aspect ratio, etc. on the decolorization were studied. Though the static and dynamic experiment, it suggested the fiber possesses remarkable decolorization ability and the decolorization quantity is 100 g/mL. The optimal decolorization temperature is 65-80℃, the velocity of flow is 2.8 mL/min and aspect ratio is 11. It was proved this kind of IEF is a good colour removal material and have bright application future.
