K-RAS和DCC在直结肠癌中的表达及意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的:检测癌基因K-RAS和抑癌基因DCC在68例直结肠癌组织及55例直结肠良性病变组织中的表达情况,为早期直结肠癌的无创或微创性诊断提供一定的理论依据。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法。结果:K-RAS在直结肠癌组织表达阳性42例,阳性率为61.8%,在良性病变组织中表达14例,阳性率为31.1%;DCC在直结肠癌组织表达阳性5例,阳性率为7.4%;在良性病变组织表达阳性41例,阳性率为91.1%。结果:K-RAS基因在直结肠癌组织与良性病变组织中表达差异极显著(P<0.01),直结肠癌组织高表达;DCC基因在直结肠癌组织与良性病变组织中表达差异极显著(P<0.01),良性病变组织中高表达。结论:K-RAS突变和DCC基因表达缺失与直结肠癌的发生关系密切,能够在分子水平判断直结肠癌生物学行为。
