摘要
患者男,64岁。全身起棕褐色角化性丘疹47年。皮肤科情况:头皮、耳后、颈部、躯干及四肢部位的皮肤可见对称播散性分布米粒至黄豆大小圆形或不规则状丘疹,边缘清晰,呈角化性堤状隆起,部分皮疹中央萎缩,上附少量白色细碎状脱屑。组织病理检查符合汗孔角化症表现。
A 64-year-old male patient, presented with brown keratotie papules distribution on the whole body for 47 years. Dermatological examination showed symmetrical disseminated distribution of circular or irregular shape papules from grain to soybean volume with sharply demarcated keratinized embankment on the back scalp, ears, neck, trunk and limbs skin. The central atrophy and attached small amount of white finely scales can be found in some rashes. Histopathological features supported the diagnosis of porokeratosis.
