摘要
患者,男,31岁。左侧腰腹部丘疹、斑块31年,破溃、结痂1年。既往以“银屑病”治疗多年效果欠佳,行组织病理学确诊为线状型汗孔角化症。给予阿维A 40mg/d治疗2个月效果欠佳。
We present a patient with unilateral linear porkeratosis.A 31-year-old male presented with papules and plaques on the left waist and abdomen for 31 years,ulceration and scabs for 1 year.He was misdiagnosed psoriasis for many years with no effective treatment.The biopsy feature was in accordance with porkeratosis.The diagnosis of unilateral linear porkeratosis was made.The patient was treated with acitretin 40mg once a day for 2 months with no effective.
