中国民航管制学员注意力差异分析 被引量:7

摘要 研究性别、训练和睡眠剥夺三个因素对民航管制学员注意力的影响。通过舒尔特方格法、数字游戏、睡眠限制、微软打字等方法进行研究。在性别差异实验中,男生舒尔特测试平均用时10.885 s,女生平均用时10.875 s,管制数字游戏男生和女生平均分数仅差0.2分,显著性差异P值大于0.05。训练差异实验中,受过舒尔特方格训练与数字游戏训练的管制学员的注意力分配效率明显高于训练较少和没有训练的管制学员注意力分配效率,显著性差异P值都小于0.05。睡眠限制实验中,积累性疲劳作用下的两天睡眠限制的测试结果在打字测试中注意力相对影响度大幅下降了20.8%,在管制数字游戏中也同样大幅下降了19.42%。说明性别对于管制学员的注意力差异的影响不显著,加强训练对提高管制学员注意力分配效率有着积极作用,连续睡眠剥夺会显著影响管制员工作的注意力分配与管理。 Study gender, training and sleep deprivation are three factors on the impact of civil aviation regulatory attention trainees. Schuhe grid puzzle, number game, sleep restriction, Microsoft typing methods were used to study the participants' gender differences, training differences, sleep influences. For gender differences in the experiment, the average time of the boys Schulte test was 10. 885 s, girls average time was 10. 875 s, number game results of boys and girls had the average scores difference of O. 2 points, significantly different P values in both methods were greater than 0. 05. For differences training experiment, students who received numbers game and Schulte grid control training had attention allocation more efficient than less trained and no trained students, significantly different P values in both methods were less than 0.05. For sleep restriction experiment, due to the cumulative effect of fatigue, the relative degree of influence in attention in the trial with sleep restriction of two days, com- pared with the latest test, plummeted 20. 8%, in the number game with the same sleep restriction situation the result also decreased significantly by 19.42%. Gender differences in the regulation of participants'attention was not significant, enhance training to improve the efficiency of attention of air traffic control participants has a positive effect, continuous sleep deprivation can significantly affect the controller's attention allocation and management work.
