摘要
目的探讨退休护士轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)发生情况及其影响因素。方法将106名退休护士作为研究对象。采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)对护士的认知功能进行评估,调查其MCI发生情况,分析退休护士发生MCI的影响因素。将退休护士分为睡眠剥夺组(n=45)和非睡眠剥夺组(n=61),比较两组MMSE和MoCA量表总分及各认知域得分情况。结果退休护士MCI发生率为80.2%(85/106)。值夜班年限、每月夜班天数是退休护士发生MCI的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。睡眠剥夺组的MMSE总分及定向力、记忆力、注意力和计算力、回忆能力、完成命令的得分均低于非睡眠剥夺组(均P<0.05),MoCA总分以及视空间和执行能力、抽象总结、延迟回忆、定向力的得分也均低于非睡眠剥夺组(均P<0.05)。结论退休护士的MCI发生率较高,值夜班年限和每月夜班天数越长,MCI发生风险越高,且睡眠剥夺亦可能影响认知功能的某些认知域。
Objective To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)in retired nurses.Methods A total of 106 retired nurses were selected as subjects,their cognitive function was assessed by the Mini-Mental State Scale(MMSE)and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),the incidence of MCI was investigated,and the influencing factors of developing MCI in retired nurses were analyzed.The retired nurses were divided into sleep deprivation group(n=45)and non-sleep deprivation group(n=61),and the total scores for MMSE and MoCA scales and the score for each cognitive domain were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of MCI was 80.2%(85/106)in retired nurses.Total night shift years and monthly night shift days were independent influencing factors of developing MCI in retired nurses(all P<0.05).The sleep deprivation group had a lower total MMSE score and lower scores for orientation,memory,attention and calculation ability,recall ability,and command completion(all P<0.05),along with a lower total MoCA score and lower scores for visual space and execution ability,abstract summary,delayed recall,and orientation,as compared with the non-sleep deprivation group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of MCI is relatively higher among retired nurses,longer total night shift years and monthly night shift days result in higher risk of developing MCI,and sleep deprivation might affect certain cognitive domains of cognitive function.
