摘要
为了解医院职工对医务社会工作者和志愿者在医院服务的满意度现状,为医院更好地开展医务社会工作和志愿服务工作提供依据,采用自行设计的问卷对湖南省某大型公立医院的350名职工进行了调查。调查结果显示,医院职工普遍认可医院开展的志愿服务,满意度较高;不同学历、年龄、性别的职工满意度存在差异;医务人员的满意度显著高于管理后勤人员。医院志愿服务应以项目化形式加强针对性,医务社会工作需结合临床和护理需求提高专业水平和加大宣传。
In order to understand the hospital staffs' attitudes towards the satisfaction to the hospital medical social work and volunteer service, and provide the basis for carrying out hospital medical affair social work and hospital volunteer work better, a self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted on 350 staffs in a hospital of Hunan Province, China. The results showed that the hospital staffs generally recognized the service of the hospital, and the satisfaction was high. The different education levels, ages and genders on medical social work and volunteer service satisfactions were different. The satisfaction rate of medical staffs was higher than management staffs. Volunteer service should be in the form of a project to strengthen pertinence. Medical social work should be combined with clinical and nursing care demand to improve their professional level and increase the propaganda.
