摘要
目的:调查在校本科护生健康促进生活方式现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取317名在校本科护生,采用健康促进生活方式量表及自尊量表进行横断面调查。结果本组护生的健康促进生活方式各条目平均得分为(2.33±177;0.32)分,得分最高的领域为自我实现(2.63±177;0.29)分,得分最低的领域为运动锻炼方面(2.04±177;0.33)分。不同年龄、年级、居住状况以及对学校满意程度不同的护生之间健康促进生活方式差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。调查对象的自尊平均得分为(22.91±177;4.20)分,经相关分析,健康促进生活方式得分与自尊得分呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义(r=0.517,P<0.05)。影响在校护生健康促进生活方式的因素为自尊、学校满意度和年龄,可解释健康促进生活方式变量的19.7%。结论自尊可能是在校护生健康促进生活方式的重要影响因素,建议提高护生的自尊促使其采取积极的健康促进生活方式。
Objective To investigate the status of health promoting lifestyles in nursing students , and to analyze its influencing factors .Methods Three hundred and seventeen nursing students were chosen according to cluster sampling method , and the cross-sectional study was carried out through the health promoting lifestyle profileⅡ( HPLPⅡ) and self-esteem scale .Results The average score of all items of health promoting lifestyle was (2.33 ±177;0.32), and the highest score was (2.63 ±177;0.29) (self-realization), and the lowest score was (2.04 ±177;0.33) (exercise).The difference was found in the health promoting lifestyles in different nursing students including different age , grade, living conditions and school satisfaction (P<0.05).The average score of self-esteem was (22.91 ±177;4.20), and the correlation analysis showed that the score of health promoting lifestyle was positively correlated with self-esteem (r =0.517, P<0.05).The major influencing factors of health promoting lifestyle were respectively self-esteem, school satisfaction and age , which can explain 19.7%of the variance in health promoting lifestyles .Conclusions Self-esteem may be an important factor of health promoting lifestyles in nursing students , and the improvement of self-esteem can help them to take positive health promoting lifestyle .
