摘要
我国中医药专利转化率偏低,迫切需要得到提升。应从观念、制度及执法等多个层面采取措施,改变"重申报、轻转化"的观念,通过政府制定激励政策、扶持知识产权交易平台的建立、优化和建立质押等融资平台、完善产学研协同创新机制等措施促进中医药专利的转化;此外还要加强对专利侵权的执法工作。
TCM patent conversion rate is low in our country. It urgently needs to be improved from conception, system and law enforcement etc. , such as changing the idea of ＂repeated report, suggested conversion＂. Suggestions are given as fol- lows ： based on the government incentive policies, we are supposed to support the establishment of the intellectual property rights trading platform, optimize and establish the pledge financing platform, perfect production - study - research coopera- tive innovation mechanism, strengthen the law enforcement in a patent infringement and other measures in order to promote the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine patent.
