摘要
地区的专利申请与授权情况反映当地的科技创新能力,同时也反映地方经济发展的竞争力和可持续发展的潜力。因此地方政府应加强专利管理,在提高专利申请与授权量的同时,加强专利实施,提高专利转化率。尽管淮安市目前的专利申请和授权数量呈上升态势,但政府和企业在专利管理中依然存在诸多问题,亟需解决。
The status of the patent application and authorization reflects not only local technological innovation , but also the competitiveness of the local economic development and sustainable development potential .There-fore, the local government should strengthen the patent management , while improve the patent application and grant , strengthen patent implementation , and lift the patent conversion rate .Although the number of patent ap-plication and authorization in Huaian is on the rise , the government and enterprises in the patent management still have many problems to be solved .
