摘要
建立了笑气一乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食用油脂中聚二甲基硅氧烷含量的方法。对分析谱线、光谱带宽、燃助比等条件进行了优化。优化条件下,聚二甲基硅氧烷质量浓度0~50mg!L范围内,吸光度与浓度之间线性关系良好;方法对植物油和动物(氢化植物油)油脂中聚二甲基硅氧烷的检出限分别为0.55mg/kg和2.38mg/kg;对植物调和油和鸡油样品6次平行测定的相对标准偏差小于5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷的平均加标回收率在92.1%~104.0%之间。方法可应用于不同类型实际油脂样品中聚二甲基硅氧烷含量的测定。
A method for the determination of polydimethylsiloxane (DMPS) in edible fats and oils by nitrous gas- acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established in this work. The factors and instrumental parameters for influence of the detection sensitivity, including the analytical spectral line, the spectral bandwidth, the combustion supporting ratio, etc were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits of this method for vegetable oil and animal fat were 0. 55 mg/kg and 2.38 mg/kg, resnectiwlv The absorbance was well linear with the DMPS concentration in the range of 0 ~ 50 mg/L, and the relative standard deviation for 6 time parallel determination samples was below 5% for both blending vegetable oil and chicken fat. And the spiked recoveries for DMPS were between 92. 1% and 104. 0%. Different kinds of practical edible oils and fats were determined by this method, and favorable results were acquired.
