摘要
美国有线电视新闻网(CNN)调查发现,美国的麦乐鸡,包含从石油中提炼的TBHQ(特丁基对苯二酚)和通常用于橡皮泥制作的聚二甲基硅氧烷两种化学物质。本文从"麦乐鸡事件"出发,简单介绍了聚二甲基硅氧烷和特丁基对苯二酚这两种食品添加剂的物理化学性质、合成方法以及检测方法。
CNN reported that American McNuggets contained the chemical preservative tBHQ（tertiary butylhydroquinone）,a petroleum-based product.They also contained dimethylpolysiloxane,an ＂anti-foaming agent＂,and also used in Silly Putty.Based on ＂The McNuggets＂,the characteristics of physical-chemical properties,synthesis and determination of these two food additives of poly dimethyl siloxane and tert-butyl hydroquinone were discussed.
