摘要
采用ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱)有机进样法测定油脂中的聚二甲基硅氧烷(硅)。采用航空煤油为稀释剂,按照油/溶剂(质量比)1/9加以稀释后直接进AACP-OES仪器测定。结果表明,对所测定项目的相关系数0.9993,方法检出限0.8mg/kg,相对标准偏差2.1%(n=6),加标回收率88.6%~107.8%。该方法快速,方便,准确度高。
An organic direct injection inductively coupled plasma method was established for the analysis of polydimethylsiloxane(silicone) in edible fats and oils. Aviation kerosene as diluent, the sample was diluted according to oil/diluent(mass proportion) 1/9, and determined by ICP-OES. The correlation coefficient ofthe calibration curves is 0.9993, the detection limit is 0.8 mg/kg, the relative standard deviations(n=6) is 2.1%, the recovery is in the range of 88.6%-107.8%. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
