智能电子产品典型材料中7种二甲基环硅氧烷含量的测定

摘要 智能电子产品中残留的二甲基环硅氧烷(DMCs)可能随设备报废而进入环境。该研究针对智能电子产品材料基质复杂且溶解性和分散性差的特点,选取硅橡胶、胶黏剂和塑料3种典型材料为代表,采用丙酮对颗粒度为0.5 cm×0.5 cm的样品进行超声萃取,选择SH-Rxi-5Sil MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25µm)进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分离,通过特征碎片离子实现了7种DMCs(D3、D4、D5、D6、D7、D8、D9)的定性定量分析。7种DMCs在0.1~10.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r^(2)≥0.9993),方法定量下限为0.5µg/g;7种DMCs在智能电子产品3种典型材料中的平均加标回收率为83.8%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.5%~4.6%。将该方法用于7种不同智能电子产品材料中DMCs的分布分析,结果在6个样品中检出DMCs,总含量为30.0~1.6×10^(3)µg/g。 Residual dimethylcyclosiloxanes(DMCs)in intelligent electronic products may enter the environment with discarded products.A method was developed for the determination of seven DMCs(D3,D4,D5,D6,D7,D8,D9)in terminal electronic device materials,including silicone rub⁃ber,adhesive and plastic given their complex matrices,low solubility and poor dispersion.Samples with particle size of 0.5 cm×0.5 cm were ultrasonic extracted by acetone.The DMCs were deter⁃mined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in mode of selected characteristic frag⁃ment ions.The GC separation was achieved on an SH-Rxi-5Sil MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25µm).Seven DMCs showed good linear relationships(r^(2)≥0.9993)in the concentration range of 0.1-10.0 mg/L.Average recoveries were 83.8%to 105%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)of 1.5%-4.6%in three typical terminal electronic device materials.The method quan⁃titation limit was 0.5µg/g.The method was applied to determine the DMCs in 7 different samples of terminal electronic device materials.DMCs were detected in 6 samples,with total DMCs contents of 30.0-1.6×10^(3)µg/g.
