摘要
目的观察柴葛芩连汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎湿热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法45例小儿支气管肺炎湿热闭肺证患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照组15例，两组患儿均给予西医常规治疗，治疗组加用柴葛芩连汤，每日l剂。对照组加用蒙脱石散，l岁内每日3g；1-，2岁，每日3～6g；2岁以上，每日6-，9g。两组均治疗10天后观察中医证候疗效，比较两组中医证候积分、疾病痊愈时间、完全退热时间、止泻时间及咳嗽、喘促症状、肺部体征消失时间。结果治疗组中医证候疗效愈显率为100％，对照组为73．33％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患儿治疗后第3、4、6、10天中医证候积分均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），且治疗组治疗同时间点中医证候积分均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。治疗组完全退热时间、止泻时间、喘促痊愈时间、疾病痊愈时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0．05或尸〈0．01）。结论柴葛芩连汤能有效治疗小儿支气管肺炎湿热闭肺证，明显改善其临床症状，缩短病程。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chaige Qinlian Decoction [ decoction of Chaihu （ Radix Bupleuri）, Gegen （ Radix Puerariae）, Huangqin （ Radix Scutellariae） and Huanglian （ Rhizoma Coptidis ） ] for pediatric bronchopneumonia with damp-heat blocking lung syndrome. Methods Totally 45 cases of pediatric bronchopneumonia with damp-heat blocking lung syndrome were randomized into the treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 15 cases. Both groups were given western conventional treatment. The treatment group was added with Chaige Qinlian Decoction three times daily. The control group was added with Montmorillonite powder three times daily. The TCM syndrome efficacy, TCM syndrome scores, healing time, fever clearance time, antidiarrheal time and disappearance time of cough, breathlessness and pulmonary signs were observed and compared after 10-day treatment. Results The cured and markedly effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 100% and 73, 33% re spectively, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈0. 05）. TCM syndrom scores on the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 10th day were significantly decreased than before in both groups, and there were significant differences between groups in the TCM syndrome scores on the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 10th day （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. The fever clearance time, antidiarrheal time, disappearance time of breathlessness and healing time in the treatment group was significant ly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Chaige Qinlian Decoction is effec tive for pediatric bronchopneumonia with damp-heat blocking lung syndrome. It can obviously relieve the symptoms and shorten the course.
