摘要
人β-防御素(humanβ-defensin,HBD)是由人体细胞产生的一类抗菌肽,它对细菌、真菌和病毒等都具有较强的抑制作用,应用前景广阔,有望通过基因工程重组表达技术开发成为一类新型的抗感染药物。本文从HBD的结构、表达部位、原核与真核表达系统、表达技术和方法等方面对HBD研究状况进行了综述,以期为人β-防御素的研究和应用提供参考。
Human 13-defensins are a kind of polypeptide substances with biological activity produced by human and have a powerful killing effect on bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc. It is expected to become the development of a new class of anti-infective drugs and have a wide application prospect. Genetic engineering technology is the most economic, scientific and effective way to obtain a lot of human B-defensins. In this communication, the progress in the structural characteristics, prokaryotic expression and eukaryotic expression systems, and expression technology of human B-defensins are reviewed. The results provide reference for their further development and utilization.
