摘要
将中国林蛙毁双髓,置冰浴中迅速剥皮,冲洗血污后粉碎,经 80%甲醇抽提 2次;再经sephadexG-100、sephadexG-25和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离等,从林蛙皮肤中分离获得 5种小分子多肽。抗菌活性试验表明:经sephadexG-25凝胶过滤获得的小分子多肽洗脱峰第 6峰,对革兰氏阴性菌及革兰氏阳性菌具有较强的抗菌活性;SDS-PAGE电泳表明为单一区带,此抗菌活性多肽的相对分子量为 4. 31ku。
The double marrows of Chinese frogs washed with distilled water were destroyed. The skin was peeled in icy water and comminuted after the blood was washed away, and then extracted two times with methanol at concentration of 80%. Five kinds of active peptides were obtained from Chinese forest frog skin which isolated through sephadex G-100、sephadex G-25 and PAGE. The result of active test suggested that antibacterial active peptide obtained by sephadex G-25 had fairly high antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, while by SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis, the antibacterial active peptide was showed to be a single band with molecular weight 4.31ku.
