摘要
应用一种超高灵敏光电倍增管,设计一套用于测量粮食超弱发光的数字单光子计数在线检测系统,实现对储藏条件下粮食超弱发光的绝对量测量。对不同品种、不同新陈度小麦超弱发光进行系统测试。结果表明,在常温储藏条件下,小麦自身的超弱发光是一个稳定的辐射过程,其发光强度在几十个光子/(cm2·s)左右;同一品种,不同新陈度小麦样品超弱发光能力差异明显,随着老化程度的增加,脂肪酸值逐渐增大,其超弱发光强度逐渐减弱,小麦自身超弱发光与其脂肪酸值负相关。在此基础上测量小麦样品在不同温度条件下超弱发光的辐射强度,研究小麦超弱发光随自身温度变化的规律。
A high sensitive single photon counting system with a new photomultiplier tube has been adopted to detect the ultra-weak biophoton emission from wheat.It could fulfill the absolute quantity detection of photon emitted from wheat in storage condition.The ultra-weak biophoton emission from various breeds and freshness has been measured and analyzed.It is demonstrated that the ultra-weak biophoton emission from wheat is a steady radiation process under room temperature.The intensity of ultra-weak photon emission from wheat is about scores of photons/(cm2 · s).The difference of the biophoton emission ability for different freshness with the same breed is significant has been also found.As the degree of aging increases,the fatty acids becomes bigger,while the ultra-weak biophoton emission becomes weaker,which verified the negative correlation between the biophoton emission and the fatty acids.Finally,the ultra-weak biophoton emission from wheat has been measured under different temperatures,and the changing regularities of the ultra-weak photon emission from wheat depended on its temperature have been studied.
