摘要
简要介绍了生物超微弱发光的机制和检测方法,综述了超微弱发光与蔬菜种子活力、蔬菜作物的抗逆性、品种特异性、代谢及生长动态以及绿色蔬菜的关系等方面的应用研究进展。在农业上人们试图用超微弱发光作为一种耐盐碱性、抗旱性、抗热性、抗寒性乃至抗病性的指标,为抗性育种与栽培以及抗性资源开发等提供一种新的灵敏的物理方法。
The mechanisms and testing methods of Ultraweak Bioluminescence are introduced. It is summarized that the research development of relations of UBL and seed vigor, variety specific characteristics, metabolism, growth development, green vegetable, etc., respectively. In agriculture, people try to use UBL as an index of testing saline-alkali resistance, drought resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and disease resistance. UBL provides a new acute physical way to breed and cultivate resistant variety, to explore the resistant resource.
