摘要
介绍了RAPD分子标记技术的原理和特点,综述了RAPD分子标记技术在十字花科蔬菜的品种鉴定、遗传图谱构建、基因定位、分子标记辅助选择、分类与演化、亲缘关系与遗传多样性等研究领域中的应用,阐述了RAPD技术存在的问题及应用前景。
The principle and characteristics of RAPD molecular was introduced. Its applications on cultivars identication. genetic mapping. chromosome location. molecular marker-assisted selection. classification and evolution. phylogenetic relationship and genetic diversity in cruciferous vegetables were reviewed. Its problems and prospect were also explained.
